The Board of Industry Affiliates (BIA) is a collection of the most influential businesses in the hospitality industry.  As Industry Partners of NSMH, the BIA plays an integral role in guiding our future growth.

Empowered with “real-time” feedback and input from the Board of Industry Affiliates, NSMH grows inline with the success of the hospitality industry. As an organization representing an estimated 1,500 students from over 50 colleges and universities across the country, NSMH strives to meet the ever increasing demand for a highly skilled and diverse workforce. The BIA supports NSMH in its mission to build and maintain relationships between hospitality professionals and minority students in ways that encourage a long-term commitment to diversity promotion.
