Table for Two is an exciting mentoring program designed specifically for NSMH members. The inaugural year kicks off during the 2025 NSMH Fall Conference and runs until the upcoming National Conference.

How to Become a Mentee:
- Eligibility:
Open to all current NSMH members for the 2025-2026 program year.
- Registration Deadline:
To ensure matching with a mentor, please register by October 1, 2025.
For Potential Mentors:
Are you an NSMH alumni or sponsor? Your experience and wisdom are invaluable!
- Mentor Responsibilities:
- Commit to regular meetings (virtual or in-person) with your mentee
- Provide guidance, career advice, and industry insights
- Support your mentee’s personal and professional development
- Foster a positive and encouraging environment
- Sign up by October 1, 2025
